Thurston County Youth Football League

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

The items below are required to complete the registration process. Please have the following available for upload before proceeding:

• Participant's certified birth certificate
  • If you do not have a certified copy, STOP here; you must have a certified copy of the birth certificate to complete this registration form and can obtain one from the State's Vital Records
• Participant's school enrollment verification
  • Student info page from Skyward
  • Report card
  • Any similar documentation proving school enrollment for your participant
• Payment information (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH banking information)

Note: The Thurston County Youth Football League uses SportsEngine web software and mobile application for registration, as well as its website, team management, and league-wide communications. To register, you will need to create a SportsEngine account if you do not already have one.
